Refund & Cancellation
Last Updated: April 23, 2026. This policy outlines the refund and cancellation procedures for custom engineering and digital product licenses.
1. Service Engagement
For custom software engineering and design services, work is performed in defined milestones. Fees for completed milestones and engineering sprints are generally non-refundable as they represent billable labor and technical execution already performed.
2. Digital Product Licenses
For licensed SaaS products or digital assets (if applicable), we offer a 7-day refund window provided the license key has not been utilized for high-throughput production environments. Once a technical handover is complete, the sale is final.
3. Project Cancellation
Clients may cancel an ongoing project by providing a 14-day written notice. Any work initiated within that notice period will be billed according to our standard hourly rates or milestone pro-rata calculations.
Dispute Resolution
We pride ourselves on engineering excellence. If you are unsatisfied with a specific deliverable, we offer a "Sprint Correction" period to resolve technical discrepancies before a milestone is finalized.
